Save each prompt as a file in .claude/agents/ with frontmatter name and description. Marlow's prompt goes in CLAUDE.md so he's always the one you talk to.
Put Marlow's prompt in the project instructions. Keep the other five in a project file and tell Marlow to adopt a resident's prompt for each turn.
Marlow is your router: one call that returns a ticket plus the next resident's name. Each resident is a separate call with its own system prompt. Pass prior outputs verbatim.
Residents get the ticket and the previous stop's output — nothing else. A village works because nobody has the whole map in their head.
Flat cartoon character illustration, chest-up three-quarter portrait, centered, looking slightly off-camera. Thick uniform dark-navy ink outlines, no gradients, no shading beyond one flat shadow shape. Risograph print look: limited spot inks in federal blue #16225E, fluorescent pink #FF48B0, riso yellow #FFB511 and riso green #00A95C on pale sage paper #DDE2D5, with visible halftone grain and a 1-2mm ink misregistration offset. Plain paper background, no scenery. Storybook village townsfolk. Same art style, line weight and palette across the whole set.
